Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

To learn more about our accepted payment methods, simply follow the steps in our shopping cart. Once your payment has been processed, your order will be confirmed via email, including a link to track your shipment throughout the delivery process.

All orders are packed and shipped within two business days. We ship with GLS, and you’ll receive an email update with your tracking information. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days in Denmark and 5-10 days within Europe.

Please note: once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. While we do our best to assist you in case of issues, we cannot guarantee a resolution for delays or lost packages.
